Please Note:    Meal Times are 8am Breakfast, 12noon Lunch, 6pm Dinner

Meal Services typically include the following: (unless noted otherwise)

Beverages: Coffee, Iced Tea, Flavored Drink, Water, Milk (AM only)

Food Stations:    (subject to change without prior notice)       

Breakfast:            dry cereal (assorted flavors) milk, oatmeal, grits, yogurt (assorted flavors) assorted yogurt toppings

                                                fresh fruit, wheat bread, English muffin and/or bagels, margarine cups, peanut butter and jelly packets                                          

Lunch:                   Salad Bar with mixed lettuce, tomato, cucumber, mushrooms, chick pea, black olive, cheese, croutons, assorted dressings, assorted prepared salads, fresh and canned fruit

Dinner:                  Salad Bar with mixed lettuce, tomato, cucumber, mushrooms, chick pea, black olive, cheese, croutons, assorted dressings, assorted prepared salads, fresh and canned fruit

 

Dietary Restrictions:         Available with notice in advance - gluten free, vegetarian and pork substitutions.  

                                                Note:

Items highlighted in RED above contain gluten and a gluten free alternative is available with prior request.  

Items highlighted in BLUE above contain gluten and an alternative item is not available.                                    

Food Allergies:                   The kitchen and dining hall use and serve products that contain nuts, wheat, gluten, milk and soy products.

Notify the Food Services Manager of any food allergies or dietary restrictions a minimum of two weeks in advance of the event.

Menu is subject to change without prior notice. Substitutions may be made based on inventory and or availability.

Any persons that eat at Camp Rock Enon that have any form of medical condition, food intolerances or food allergies please be aware we serve food products that contain milk, eggs, gluten, seafood, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, capsicum and other potential food allergens.  The Shenandoah Area Council, BSA, Camp Rock Enon and the kitchen staff will not be liable for adverse reactions to food consumed or other items an individual may come into contact with when eating any of our meals. The CRE kitchen staff makes every attempt to identify ingredients that may cause an allergic reaction for those with food allergies. However, there is always risk of contamination as in our kitchen we use products such as milk, eggs, gluten, seafood, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds and capsicum, although we have strict cross contamination policies; we cannot guarantee a total absence of these products in any of our meals. All persons with food allergies must be aware of this risk.
